The shower only provided a tropical type head, making it tricky to wash without getting my hair wet, and I was disappointed to find only one hand towel upon arrival. I encountered low water pressure during my shower, and the noise from neighboring rooms was pretty disruptive to my sleep. A lack of cleaning during my stay also stood out. some areas felt neglected, and I had to deal with an unexpected deposit requirement without prior notice.

I was absolutely floored by the lack of service at H-A Aparthotel Hotel Quo! Showering was an ordeal with only a tropical head, and cozying up in a freezing room with just one blanket was less than ideal. I really thought they'd throw in some complimentary treats for my troubles, but clearly that was too much to ask.
